Refund Policy
If any part of your order is not to satisfaction due to an error by ourselves a 100% refund is guaranteed. We are not responsible for damages in shipping and handling, although we secure your package to avoid damage the best we can. Please contact us in area above if there is an issue and we can promptly solve your problem.
Return Policy
If your order is not to satisfaction please contact us and we will arrange for return of your items and a new shipment of your correct order. Please do not return items without first contacting us. Please include your name and other information inside return packaging.
Shipping Policy.
All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of order. A shipping code will be sent once your package has been sent. Most packages will arrive within 5-7 business days. If your package has not arrived within this time you can check its status or contact us for further information. Please note, for large prints or framed packaged allow 3-6 business days before shipping.
